Information Consumer Experience: A Systematic Review

The experience of employees that work with information has been studied in the literature using approaches analyze system success (e.g., Information Management, User Experience) or employee satisfaction Job Satisfaction, Employee as two separate problems. Therefore, there are no both experiences and used within organization simultaneously. This scenario motivated us to define a new approach based on Consumer Experience (CX), called (ICX). In order accomplish this objective, systematic review was performed, including articles indexed four databases (Scopus, Web Sciences, ACM digital, Science Direct) published last decade (from 2012 2022) answer following research questions: (1) What is ICX? (2) factors influence (3) methods for ICX evaluation? We selected 127 works analyzed various ICX-related concept definitions, approaches, data collection, evaluation methods. main contribution identify set modeling, evaluation, design. results obtained have allowed introduce formal definition derived from CX propose future lines explore analysis, considering identified work, can be considered specific case CX.
